As you may know, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage was this summer. The route from California passed through Kansas City on their way to Indianapolis for the Eucharistic Congress. Since our Residents were not able to join the pilgrims for the KC events, we recently had our own Eucharistic procession here at our Home. It was edifying to see the Residents and staff showing such reverence to our Lord as the Eucharist passed by their rooms. We are grateful to Deacon Robert Falke for coming and making this happen.
